So usually Fridays I get what I want to eat but I brang a delish chicken salad instead. Someone gave me their left over rice and beens from popeyes. So I ate it thinking it wasnt too bad. I am working out tonight for about 2 1/2 hours so I need energy. I didnt need the extra 320 calories though
I am not over but I am trying to eat 1200 calories even if I work out..

It's amazing how fast food places find ways to make relatively health things not so healthy.0

Wait, are you trying to eat ONLY 1200 calories even if you work out? That's not a good idea... you need all the fuel you can get, especially for a work out! You'll plateau pretty quickly if you keep doing that - especially if you're working out for 2.5 hours.0

Its more of a test that I am doing. I dont loose weight when I go by the added calories from my workout. So I wanted to test it out.0

You are right though. Today I should have a bit more calories. Its only 2.5 hours bc I am taking an hour yoga class.0

Maybe try eatting at least half of your workout calories. See if that helps keep you going. Also I have noticed I usually have a 2 week period every month where nothing comes off and then magically two days in a row my weight will drop. Maybe check your progress charts to see if you have a weight loss pattern. Plus it's nice to see what happened in 30days.
Last month I thought I wasn't doing very well, until I checked my progress, 6 lbs and more importantly 4 inches off my waist, I didn't even relize it:bigsmile:0
