I lost weight 2 years ago, gained some since Xmas and it seems my body wants me to put back on the 40 lbs I lost. I have gained 10 lbs in last few months. It seems harder. Is it harder for ya second time around?

Well for me personally the weight loss i have achieved thus far suggests that it should be a doddle to lose the weight up to your lowest point where you stopped losing and started gaining, then it can become quite difficult to lose further weight unless you stick to your calories!

Everytime I have lost weight in the last 32 years, I have put a little more on each time.

I lost 42 lb two years ago with diet, exercise and myfitness pal and put it all back on just as quick as I lost it.

This time I am determined to break the cycle.

It is always a heck of a lot easier to put it on than to take it off.
And the more you yoyo with your weight, yes it is harder to get off, take it from someone who has made a career of it

Every time you put it back on and try to take it off it will be harder.Your body is saying "We're not going to do that again".Your metabolism slows with yo yo dieting. That's when your have to kick up your exercise
