Hi everyone...I have been doing this for 3 weeks and haven't lost a pound...I think its because I have no idea how much calories to consume...I work out 3x per week hour each on treadmill I'm 5'6 20 yrs old and 190 pounds. I want to lose 2 pounds per week....please post your own way of figuring out calories and also what you suggest for me....(even if you suggest more exercise I'm open to any suggestion) I'm currently at 1300 calories...thanks in advance
