Need some motivation...

I'm a 5'4" Mom of two. I love running (getting back into it) - but would love to hear about your favorite strength training exercises. My biggest problem areas are my thighs, boobs, and stomach.

    Rowing on a machine will take care of all that. It give you a great shapw in the upper torso and the stomach will melt away and the thighs will slim down. When you start you;ll feel like giving up but DONT keep up with it and in 2 months you;ll be thanking me....

    Insanity. Seriously, I don't know if I've ever been as strong as I am now, even when I was younger/thinner. Bonus? I shaved 4 minutes off my 2 mile time (running) after doing it. Message me if you want to know more, happy to help :)

    Strong Lifts 5x5 - compound lifts that work almost every muscle all at once. Heavy lifting has literally transformed my body. And it only takes 30 minutes (or so, depending on rest periods between sets) three times a week.

    And I run too - 3-4 times a week usually :smile:
