    Yes to the flax "egg" substitute - that will work well in place of a real egg.

    Both burgers freeze well, too.

    i would just add how tasty shredded coconut is on top of baked sweet potato. even better if it's toasted.
    my daughter loved it too :) i figure if you already have sweet potatoes you can prob. make this too.
