according to this website http://nutritiondata.self.com/tools/calories-burned i 'd need 2074 calories a day.I need to cut 500 calories to lose 1 lb a week but i've never understood this:
if i have 300 calories for breakfast + 500 calories at lunch + 200 afternoon snack 1000 calories and then i exercise and i burn 200 calories it's like if i've never eaten 200 calories so my caloric deficit is more than 500 calories a day or what? I'm new

You need to find out your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and your TDEE ( total daily energy expenditure) and eat somewere betwen those numbers , but NEVER below your BMR . I will give you some links where they explain better :

You will find allot of information there , if you have the patience to read. Most important is : DONT DO A STARVATION DIET , it is really dangerous because you will lose muscle mass and screw your metabolism.0 -
