Fat g per day Question.

Hi, I am just wondering are you suppose to eat your daily Fat grams per day that they set for you? I never consume this much in the run of a day, does that mean it's unhealthy and I need to find a way to incorporate it in my daily meals?

    I'm usually under my target, but I do eat 2/3 of it via healthy fats. There are days (like today), that I go over.

    I seem to go over all the time. I eat a lot of fat....most of it is healthy fat...but it's still a lot. I'm always way under on carbs, usually close on protein and over on fat. My macros are set to 40/30/30.

    Me too. Something like 60% fat yesterday :/
