Hi everyone :)

My name's Nicola, I'm 23 and I can't believe it has come to this!

I was 20 stone at 20 years old and lost a huge amount of weight and inevitably have lots of awful saggy skin!

I am currently a 14 top and 16 bottom, and 6 foot tall (very tall I know!). I'd like to be a healthy 12 all over as anything smaller would possibly look strange at my height. I have an exercise bike at home which is my main source of exercise.

I love drinking tea and eating biscuits, and I love crisps far too much!

    I love tea as well, and don't drink nearly enough. I wish I had a bike at home. At the gym I see so many people bring books to read as they ride. I could do the same with my studies :P

    MFP is a wonderfully supportive community and I'm sure you'll feel inspired and motivated beyond belief as you spend time here working towards your goals!

    Yes I often sing along to my ipod or read a magazine when I'm on my bike! it's definitely my favourite exercise aside from country walks.
