I've tried using My Fitness Pal before and I've always fallen off. I want to lose almost 90 pounds so I need to stick to it this time. I need some motivation and support!

Welcome back! I started on 1/2/13 (again). This time I do seem more motivated. Looking to lose 40 and was able to knock off 21 since in the lat 6 weeks so I believe I can now do it. Stay focused and log every day, believe or not, that really does work. and Lots of water...

I usually do not comment on logging nor exercise. If you need that daily support, I am not your girl. More often, I comment on weight loss or status/personal messages my friends post.
