I've been vegan for almost a decade and no, it hasn't made me want to eat meat... Nothing could ever make me want meat again. Maybe you need some Vega protein powder or something? Some good imitations? Maybe go hangout at a local farm sanctuary for a bit to instill more of a guilt trip
Kidding!

I second the more protein idea. I have been a vegetarian for three years, and have never had a problem with meat cravings. I also go over on my protein almost daily, though...0

No. It actually motivated me more to stay away from it.0

Yes. Everyone is going to say you're not getting enough protein, but that isn't the case with me, and might not be for you, either. I find a little pasta kicks the craving, as well as the occasional Morningstar product.
(Cue all posters after me yelling for suggesting processed food high in sodium...be quiet folks, live a little! Life is about balance.)0
