Hi Im new to the site and wanted to track my progress. i just began Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, as well as trying to manage my diet a little better. I am leaving to Maui in a little over 3 weeks so thats a pretty big motivation. Add me, I would love to keep up with other's progress and learn new tips! -Amber

I just added 30 day shred to my weekly workout schedule - just did day 1 level 1 - she works you hard but it seems good so far - bit scared about level 3!!! ;-)0

Hi Amber and welcome! Your holiday sounds like a great incentive )
I'm a week into Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred and I have to say that it really works (since I started it 2 weeks ago I have dropped 2 dress sizes; can't put that down to the diet as I've been on MFP for 11 weeks!)
I always swore that I would never use a workout DVD since they rarely feature normal looking people getting sweaty - but Jillian and her two girls aren't afraid to perspire and look like everyone else does when they're working out!! I also like that it's pretty informal, no-one is taking themselves too seriously, and that there's an adaptation version for some of the harder exercises.
I spent about a week at Level 1, which is a really good introduction to the higher levels. Good luck, I hope it works for you.0 -
I know Im the same way! Workout videos didnt really seem like my thing, and I used to go to the gym quite a bit and do classes, but that got too tough to do with everyone else going on in my life. The fact that this is under 30 minutes of my day is very appealing. Thanks for the support! Its good to see so many people that have had such awesome results from this. I am planning to do the Level 1 for probably a week as well, then move up to 2. :0)0
