                    Okay so this may sound dumb, but I'm really new to all this fitness stuff. This website gives me a calorie goal of 1,200 and Jillian Michaels website gives me a calorie goal of 1,475. Which one do I go with?

            On MFP you add back the calories you burn when you exercise so 1200 + 265 doing 30DS = 1465
 Jillian's number already add your exercise into the number - so in the end of the day you need to eat at least 1465 (example)

            Based on my experience there is no secret formula. It's going to take trial and error. So just pick the one that makes since to you and stick to it for a couple weeks up to a month and see if your losing the weight you want at a good rate. If so simply stay on that course. If not, make SIMPLE changes and assess how your body reacts. Remember that everyone is different and just because something works for someone doesn't mean it will also work the same for someone else.0
