    I love to cook!
My favorite recipe is banana brownies low calorie, perfect for the chocolate craving) or my refried bean hummus (great for mexcian food cravings).

Worst: Greek yogurt frosted cupcakes (too many processed foods).

I have a thread here for "Fudge Banana Brownies", but I'll post here too.
2 riped bananas (think brown peel),
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 c. flax seed meal
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    dash salt
*optional (included in calories) 1/4 c. dark chocolate chips.
Mix fruits together very well. Slowly stir in dry ingredients. Spread into 8x8 pan, bake 25-30 minutes at 350^. Cool completely, cut into 16 brownies. Calories 51, Carbs 51, Fat 2, Protein 1. (You can sub all flax meal for the flour, but the calories are more.)

Best is a low carb brownie recipe I found made with Quinoa. soooo yummy!

Worst - I tried to make a high protein 'cookie' with oatmeal & protein powder & a few other things. They looked great! Tasted awful!

Best: Either nachos, or the coconut flour brownies I just mad. God. Those were heavenly.

Worst: almond flour cupcakes. This was AGES ago, mind. Most of them looked like crap, all of them tasted like crap. Almond four = no no.

I love cooking, I taught myself and spent the last 2.5 years cooking for groups up to 90 people.
I love cooking Indian and modern Italian. One of the more spectacular things I have cooked is a chocolate gateau that has a dark chocolate biscuit base, a milk chocolate ganash topping and is filled with a white chocolate mouse. Definitely NOT low cal.
If I do say so myself, it is to die for.
    kind regards.

    Ben

Best: its between my cowboy caviar or paleo brownies.
Worst: chocolate cake. I cant get it right no matter how hard i try, it always ends up exploding in my oven. Oh well at least it saves me from a few unwanted calories! ;)
