Could someone please tell just how many oz. of water I should be drinking a day to lose weight?

My body builder friend told me I should aim to drink a gallon a day. I usually get in 3 Liters.0

1/2 your body weight in ounces. So, 100 ozs a day.0

Lots. I can't give you a specific figure, just drink as much as you can. I try for at least a litre a day.0

I think you should aim for 100-200ounces/2.8-5.6litres a day! Or a minimum of 2.4litres! It also depends on how much you exercise, if you're eating lots of water-rich foods etc0

Drink enough throughout the day to the point where your urine is colorless.0
