Does anyone have before/after (or progress) for 90 days?

I am participating in a 90 day weight loss challenge at my gym (and the 4 other sister clubs) that lasts 90 days. Grand prize is a cruise, 2nd a weekend getaway and 3rd a $500 credit t a local resort.

I am dedicated/motivated and armed with the right tools.

1250 calories a day, including the protein shake I have after weights
4 days of weights (2upper, 2 lower)
2-3 cardio kickboxing and 3x steady state cardio.

No diet coke :(
Started a week ago at 191 and I am now 185.

Would love stats and / or pictures of your 90 day transformation.
