Does anyone have before/after (or progress) for 90 days?

I am participating in a 90 day weight loss challenge at my gym (and the 4 other sister clubs) that lasts 90 days. Grand prize is a cruise, 2nd a weekend getaway and 3rd a $500 credit t a local resort.
I am dedicated/motivated and armed with the right tools.
1250 calories a day, including the protein shake I have after weights
4 days of weights (2upper, 2 lower)
2-3 cardio kickboxing and 3x steady state cardio.
No diet coke
Started a week ago at 191 and I am now 185.
Would love stats and / or pictures of your 90 day transformation.

I would double check your calorie intake. You may be eating too little; I think your BMR (how much your body burns at rest) may be higher than 1250.
The general consensus on the MFP boards is that for best results users calculate their TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and eat 15-20% fewer calories.
