If not, are you a moderator? And when you say "tallicism" are you referring to height discrimination?

Hi there all! i'm 5'4, about to be 40 in april.
I am mom to three kids.
The most I weighed when pregnant was 159.
The most I weighed not pregnant, 180.
I currently weigh 160.
My goal weight around 130.
I do log every day since I started using mfp again. I try to eat good but I know I can't always fix healthier foods when I am feeding five people. So, I try to control by also using portion control. I also recently cut out gluten in my own personal diet due to massive migraines and I would like to mention here, I have been migraine free now for a month! This is a massive accomplishment for me.

Hello Ladies! I'm definitely looking to befriend any Moms who have a similiar build as myself & that can be of great support & advice as well I track my calories & exercise everyday. Thanks to the advice and seeing awesome results on my best friend, My diet consists of a weight loss program called, Herbalife. (2 shakes a day; Vitamin/herbal supplements/water pills 3x daily w/ a 1,200 calorie intake.) I've always been a very active individual. Exercising at least 3 times a week & weight training. ( I LOVE MUSCLE!) As much as I'd like to be cut & enjoy weight lifting, I realized i need to focus more on my weight loss. This momma has a flabby tummy of skin! And seeing my scale #'s go UP AND DOWN, UP AND DOWN, have finally gotten the best of me. I wanna see a consistent LOW yet satisfying Number compacted with MUSCLE!

Am having trouble lately- been exercising (treadmill and elliptical at gym or Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30) 4-5 times per week and counting calories for a month. Lost 4 pounds the first 2 weeks (I'm guessing water weight) and have been stuck at 150 since then. So frustrating!0 -
