Time to say Hello

Hi !

Well I've been doing this for around 5 weeks now, it started off rocky with me following a very low cal setting because that's what I thought I should do, and then I read up a bit more and found the roadmap thread and I upped my calories and I think I'm about on track now !

I know its not going to be easy and I'll probably slip up a bit, but I've got around 14lb to go now... So slowly and steady I guess.

I'm a mum of two young boys, I work part time and I'm a singer, It's quite a busy life . I'm TRYING to excercise more (walking the dog helps ) and other bits and pieces. I'm TRYING to eat healthier, but I've got to be honest with myself and allow in a bit of junk. All things in moderation eh ?
This isn't something I'm really talking to people about on the outside if that makes sense. So if you fancy adding me,some support and stuff would be cool and I'd repay the favour. I imagine its going to be an interesting last 14lbs x

    you can do it! just maintain a positive attitude and tell yourself it's possible. all it takes is discipline.

    Yep, the positive attitude is the way I'm going with this :)
