    It just comes down to doing it at the same time with the same circumstance (clothing, scale, etc).

    Doesn't really matter, just make sure you weigh at the same time each week. personally I way each Monday morning after first going to the loo.

    This----and if you weigh on a weekly basis make sure its always the same....time of day/clothing if you weigh in clothes!! :)
  • My husband makes fun of me but years of experience has taught me that as soon as I get up in the morning and go to the bathroom I weigh myself. That is always my lightest weight and eliminates the possible variables. That's my opinion. How about you? What do you think? :smile:

    Same here, first thing after a pee and naked, then no variables are in the mix

    Same day and time once a week/month , BUTT naked after u go to the toilet
