Beginning again!!!

Im starting by taking a Fit and Wellness class through my local community college. Im doing the 6 wk body makeover and Couch to 5k training program. I really need a workout partner to help motivate me. My fiance is small and naturally cut and doesnt understand the work and dedication its going to take to lose these 60 lbs his only encouragement is i love you regardless....LOL

    Welome!

    I am getting back in to the fitness groove, too. I have been doing intervals, with three minutes of running and two of walking. It's really the only way I can build my endurance for longer distances and better times at this point.

    I have 30-40 pounds to lose before I can say I'll be at a 'comfortable' weight again.
