Lean Steak And Mushroom Salad

4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
6 tsp. Dijon mustard
4tsp. Lemon Juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire
12oz. Bonless sirlion steak (2" thick.) well trimmed
2 Tbsp. Mrs Dash Steak Grilling or Original Seasoning Blend
8oz Fresh mushrooms,cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup Green onion sliced
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, minced
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
1 head Bibb lettuce

1. Whisk together Olive Oil, white vingar, dijon mustard lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce set aside.
2. Season both sides of steak with Mrs dash. Cook steak on preheated grill until medium rare; or desired doneness is reached, about 4-5 minutes per side. Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices.
3.Place mushrooms, green onions.and fresh parsley in large bowl.
4. Add steak to mushroom mixture and toss with dressing, Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve over lettuce immediately.
