Hello.... Shy girl Here

Hello everyone.. Im Donna, but everyone calls me Katana.
I have lost roughly 7.5 st /105lbs since this time last year with a slimming club.
Now Im really struggling to get the last 20lbs off untill my target.
Im really unfocused and Im craving and giving in really easily to things I know I shouldnt have.

Although my boyfriend and family try to support me, its really hard trying to explain the cravings and things like that to them because they arn't going through the same thing., They Just say things like: "Just don't eat them" which isn't helpful because I know that I shouldn't eat them. I was born without a Thyroid and was treated with having an underactive one for most of my life, so I have always been big. Everyone says how well I am doing, but Im finding it so hard that I want to give up.

I guess I'm just sending this message out in hope of getting some buddies that I can support as well as be supported as we will be in the same boat together.

Thanks,
Katana

I am twenty pounds from my goal, but only started twenty-five. Nice job getting to wear you are, but I know those last twenty need to go ;) You can do it. If binging is your problem, I'll try to sup[port you in not, I had a really bad problem with binging last summer, and found that eating something healthy but fatty, say, cheddar cheese, would really help. You should also search' In Place of a Road Map 2.0' to make sure you are eating enough to keep losing weight.

    Feel free to friend!

Added: It looks like you are probably eating below your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) on many days, so I would definitely check out IPOARM 2.0. Also, you don't seem to eat that much fat, and you do need to eat enough good fat to lose weight as well, especially those last few pounds. That fat will help you to not binge as well. If you are like me, it is easy to binge on carbs and sweets, but good fats and protein will satisfy if you get your hands on them before the carbs and sweets.
    Good luck!

The last 20lb seem to fight dirtier than the others. I too am at that point, and I cannot mess up many times to see zero progress at the end of the week. I know quite a few bodybuilders and they get down to a loss of .5lb per week near the end of their fat loss plans. The only measures I have to fight the cravings other than sheer willpower is to make sure to keep the tummy somewhat full of something. It is much harder now that my calories are quite low.
