    I'm just curious...I see people with such high totals per day (5 miles and up). I walk at about 3.5mph, which means I'd be walking for 90 minutes or so if I were going to go that far. Is that what y'all are doing? If so, that is really impressive! I make time for about an hour each day, but I rarely go above 4 miles.

  • DO you have a pedometer or something that will track your mile or steps. What I do is when I turn it on I mark the time and I keep on until I stop it. Than I use a tracking device program call Endomondo which it tracks all your activities . For example I walked on a nice day from my house around the neighborhood for 1 hour and 15 min. and it tracked how fast , long and the calories I burn. So keep up the good work because a least you get it in for 30 minutes or more.
