I have a wonderful hubby who is my biggest fan! I would love some further support from others starting this process. I am considering lap band surgery, but I would rather work on fitness/weight loss before doing that.

    Hi. I am brand new too. This is my first day. Just a note on the lap band- I had four close family members who have had lap band surgery and none of them has had any success. The problem was, the diligence needed to follow the "rules" of eating after surgery was the same diligence they lacked in general healthy eating habits. Best of luck in your journey.
