I needed a quick easy breakfast and came up with this.
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup low fat yogurt (any flavor)
1 T honey
1 teas. vanilla
3 oz. fresh fruit
mix together into small container and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy. I make a weeks supply at a time.

Thanks for this! I eat Greek Yogart in the mornings with fruit -- I know oatmeal has so many benefits but I'm one of the few that hate the taste of cooked oatmeal - What a great way for us "oatmeal haters" to get all the goodness!!0

I've been having almost exactly this mix for years, but when I enter everything, it comes out at 362 calories! Hmmm. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or using larger portion sizes? Would your recipe come out at about one cup? one and a half? three-quarters?
Because of the high calories, I've been looking for something else to have for breakfast, because it's hard to stay at 1200 when breakfast alone is almost 400.0 -
1/4 c quacker oats 75cals
1/4 c light yogurt 27cals
3oz red rasberries 32 cals
1T honey 43cals
that mix adds up to 177 cals.
I would guess it makes 3/4 cup0 -
Since seeing your post, I have had my own variation of this for breakfast every day!! It's soooooooo good! I love the texture! Mine is 1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup dry oats, lots of cinnamon, 1 truvia packet, 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut, and frozen unsweetened peaches. It's like having peach cobbler a la mode for breakfast!! YUM!0
