Going back over the road next week nationwide. Any Ideas on staying Healthy with fatty truck stop food everywhere.

It all depends on how you're equipping yourself... Cooler, microwave, lunchbox oven? Best I've found is to avoid eating in the truckstops as much as possible.0

I used to truck cross country when I was younger. We placked food in a cooler and basically only ate breakfast in truckstops. Now trucks have microwaves and friges. So making your own food should be a snap. I got off the road when my son was born,37 years ago.0
