Sorta new to MFP!

Well, where do I begin? I joined MFP last year and had a great start to my diet. I lost ten lbs and had wonderful friends on here that always kept me pumped about working out. After a few months, I got tired of dieting and quit. I deleted my account and returned to my everyday life.

Now, here I am twenty lbs heavier and miserable. It is time for a change in my life and my daily diet.
