What do you use soy protein powder for? I see that it is sold not in a shake form......(not flavored or branded) in a health shop:

I think a lot of people mix it into their smoothies or to their oatmeal

I use Spirutein brand soy-based protein powder for protein shake mix. I'm a little lactose intolerant and dont want to use whey protein. I've used it for years and love it!

Highly processed product from a crop that's largely GMO and destructive to the environment? No thanks. If you want something to add to your smoothies, make it a couple raw egg yolks from free range hens and raw milk.
