    In 10 days will be a year for me too, and my results are only 18 lbs as of today; however, I feel much better than a year ago. Congratulations!!

    Don't sell yourself short, 50lbs lost in a year and logging for an entire year is an incredible accomplishment! If you make this year's goal to lose more weight or to start lifting or walking or whatever you think would be a goal to go after, just think one year from today when you are posting to all of us and how awesome you will feel! Keep up the great work, I can definitely see a big improvement from your pics.:smile:
