I'm fairly content with the size of my stomach, but it still jiggles. What can I do to help firm it up?

Cardio to burn the fat, toning exercises to build your muscle underneath.

    Hey there -

If you are looking to strengthen your ab muscles and have solid abs, you'll have to stick to a routine. In order to see proper results, Abs have to be worked out at least 5-6 times a week.

I'd recommend that you do at least 10-20 reps for each ab routine that she demonstrates on the video. Start with 8-10 (like she says) and later as you build strength do at least 20 counts/ reps. Should take no more than 20-30 minutes of your time from your day.

I've had 5 kids, 4 c sections. Is there any hope for my poor belly? If there is a magic cure, this girl would love to hear it.

Pilates core tone/strengthening routines. Ab curls, oblique curls, reverse impression, superman, starfish, cat high, cat low, etc......it'll harden the core......diet / cardio will have to do the rest to melt off the extra layer :-)
