    Goal Weight for end of challenge- 165

    Wt 2/11- 171

    Hips 39.5
    waist 37
    thighs 24
    arms 12.5

    Well I lost some inches but only one pound. Will try not to get discouraged. Looks like I need to work on my abs some more. Good luck everyone!

    Don't get discouraged I lost only one pound also :( at least we lost and didn't gain! Keep up the great work hun!

    Not my best few days, but I'll take the loss of 3/4 of an inch. Hopefully the trainer will kick my lethargic behind into gear and get me moving more often and losing more.


    Don't worry hun this week will be better! Remember how much pain we go through to workout fight the urge to eat over your calories because it makes our workout pointless!!! You can do it! next Monday will be better!

    Woohoo! Turns out my numbers for yesterday were inflated due to TOM! Now I'm really looking forward to next week. I knew I hadn't done that badly :) Thanks for the inspiration!

    Well this week started out great I got down to 168 yesterday morning. Then the rest of the day pretty much went down hill. It's certainly not hard for me to see where the 2lb gain came from. But yesterdays mistake is now the past. Now I must deal with it, and move on.

    Ack - last minute emergency trip out of town means I missed weigh in and I don't have a scale! I'll weigh in as soon as I get home on Friday morning and again the following Monday. Good job keeping up everyone!

    Ugh, this week I haven't been doing what I should! I've been eating whatever I want and not calculating it. I've been so lazy and haven't gone to the gym!!! Please send some motivation my way you guys I really need it!!!!!! How''s everyone holding up?

    I could have written this post myself. I've done 0 tracking and next to no activity. It happens every time I go to my Dad's. Worse, I picked up my coke habit again :(

    I have drunk almost as many calories as I've eaten, I'm sure of it. But, there's no way to fix yesterday, we just have to move forward! I'm meeting a friend and having her kick my butt at the gym tomorrow. This is officially me telling you to get your butt to the gym!! :)

    I know I haven't been able to give a weekly update. Have had a lot of family needs going on. Anyhow, I'm very happy to report that as of Feb 4th at 116, I'm down to 111.8!!! YAHOO!!!! I'm really working hard on this. I want to get back into my old clothes again and be smokin...for my husband. I'm aiming for March 21st. Let's keep up the great work everyone! =)

    I haven't been doing a good job on tracking, but I did make it to the gym a couple of times. Weekends are tough, we eat out too much. But, I did lose a part of a pound.

    Down to 180.

    I'll need to focus on more water and planning meals to lose more. I've been trying to increase my protein at every meal, that's probably the only reason I lost the .8 pound.

    To the store before work today to stock the freezer with healthy lunches.
