Greek yogurt
I like to mix greek & mayo ... reduces calories by 1/20 -
Plain non-fat greek yogurt - I actually prefer it when I make tuna salad!0
-
2 tablespoons of non fat greek yogurt will fix anything! Also good as a sub for sour cream!0
-
try hummus0

Thanks for this info. I had the same question.0

Greek yogurt for sure ut one thing I have done with chicken is equal parts of greek yogurt and mustard. Tangy and tasty0
-
in my opinion there is nothing that can take the place of Miracle Whip and it be similar
I would just rather do without
so I just changed to mustard and had to resign myself to it....good thing I love mustard.0 -
Light or fat free mayo. It honestly doesn't taste that different.
You can use plain greek yogurt with added vinegar or lemon juice, but I can guarantee you'll notice a difference in taste.0 -
Avocado -- plus the fat in it is really good fat for you.0

Light Mayo tastes pretty good. Not to be confused with "Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing", which tastes horrendous.0
-
I like light miracle whip.0

My husband HATES mayo-- and cream cheese, and yogurt, and creamy salad dressing, and sour cream, and basically anything white and creamy.
So I generally use just a little soy or mustard for flavor.0 -
Honey mustard
Avocado
Veganaise (when mixed with things, you can't tell the difference)
Plain Greek yogurt0 -
Honestly, I just use light mayo. Tastes the same to me as regular mayo. I get the Kraft Lite Mayo.0

I'm not sure about chicken salad...but on sandwiches I like an avacado spread instead.
Healthier and a bit more of a kick to it than plain ol' mayo.0 -
I haven't found an alternative I really like, but as a past fan of real mayonnaise, I've found I really like the Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil. It fits well into my calorie allowances and tastes great in my tuna salad/sandwiches.0

Greek yogurt or light sour cream for sure!0
-
I figure the mayo is just to hold things together in chicken salad so I mix in cottage cheese to hold it all together along with some dijon mustard or curry powder and lots of scallions and celery.0

Veganaise!0

tzatziki0

Maybe one of them fancy European hospitals?0
-
Kraft light mayo isn't bad, or Miracle Whip Light.0
-
Personally, I love Miracle Whip and wouldn't use anything else (aside from real mayo, of course). The fat-free version tastes pretty much exactly like the regular version and has 15 calories a tablespoon.0
-
Greek yogurt, 2%.0

Maybe one of them fancy European hospitals?
BAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! well played!0 -
Light Miracle Whip is the *kitten*...:D0

Maybe one of them fancy European hospitals?
Hehe. Mayo Clinic...0 -
I use sour cream.. Just 30 cals a tbp, way lower0
-
Fat Free Miracle Whip. Excellent for Tuna Salad too.0

On a sandwich or wrap, sometimes I'll spread a laughing cow cheese wedge. It adds a nice little zing for only 35 calories.0
