Plain non-fat greek yogurt - I actually prefer it when I make tuna salad!

2 tablespoons of non fat greek yogurt will fix anything! Also good as a sub for sour cream!

in my opinion there is nothing that can take the place of Miracle Whip and it be similar :( I would just rather do without
so I just changed to mustard and had to resign myself to it....good thing I love mustard.

Light or fat free mayo. It honestly doesn't taste that different.

You can use plain greek yogurt with added vinegar or lemon juice, but I can guarantee you'll notice a difference in taste.

Avocado -- plus the fat in it is really good fat for you.

Light Mayo tastes pretty good. Not to be confused with "Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing", which tastes horrendous.

My husband HATES mayo-- and cream cheese, and yogurt, and creamy salad dressing, and sour cream, and basically anything white and creamy.

So I generally use just a little soy or mustard for flavor.

Honestly, I just use light mayo. Tastes the same to me as regular mayo. I get the Kraft Lite Mayo.

I'm not sure about chicken salad...but on sandwiches I like an avacado spread instead.
Healthier and a bit more of a kick to it than plain ol' mayo.

I haven't found an alternative I really like, but as a past fan of real mayonnaise, I've found I really like the Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil. It fits well into my calorie allowances and tastes great in my tuna salad/sandwiches.

I figure the mayo is just to hold things together in chicken salad so I mix in cottage cheese to hold it all together along with some dijon mustard or curry powder and lots of scallions and celery.
