First day back at the gym today in 5mths

Well my name is margaret and i've been on this weight loss journey for the last 31/2 years I've come along way and this will be my last year to finally meet my goal. i started off 260lbs I started eating right and dedicating alot of time to the gym. I quit 5mths ago I've just been jogging a little here and there after work I was starting to gain weight again and went up a size and decided I wouldn't go thru being so fat I couldn't wear jeans. No thank you so Today I will be back in the gym until I can get to 140lbs I only have 40lbs to lose til I get there. I know if I came from 260 to 184 this will hopefully be a breeze we will see though .........

    Congratulations on getting back into it!
    You will find this site very helpful. The food diary is a must.

    Congrats to you and your weight loss looks like your doing good. Yeah the food diary is great I've lost 10lbs since april just logging in everything I eat and being careful what i eat. This site is a great thing.
