Best Mayo Alternative?

Light or fat free mayo. It honestly doesn't taste that different.
You can use plain greek yogurt with added vinegar or lemon juice, but I can guarantee you'll notice a difference in taste.
My thoughts too. I can't tell the difference between normal mayo and light. I'm not a big fan of the fat free but I can handle it in tuna salad and things like that. I usually just buy the light and stick with that. I also rarely eat mayo. We have tuna about once every week or two and that's pretty much the extent of it for me.0 -
Plain non-fat greek yogurt - I actually prefer it when I make tuna salad!
Really?! I would not have thought that... I will have to give it a try and see.0 -
I've used Greek yogurt, honey dijon mustard or mashed avocado. Miracle whip lite is only 20cal/T if you prefer the taste of mayo.0

Bolthouse Farms chunky blue cheese yogurt dressing. 35 calories for 2 tablespoons. Then I add freshly ground flax seed, generally 1/2 tablespoon, and capers.
Husband loves it.0
