Hello everyone. Boogie2988 led me here.

I'm starting up a Ketogenic Lifestyle change as of yesterday or at least attempting it. I was introduced to this and this site by watching youtuber Boogie2988.

It wasn't an overnight decision I've been flirting with the idea of trying it out for months and planning. I'm hoping I can succeed. I used my tax return to completely restock my cupboards with no/low carb food choices and get some keto testing strips from CVS. I also got a food scale and a tape measure.

I've only been on the diet since yesterday. My family is all for me trying stuff, I was over at my parents place on Saturday talking with them about it, and even though I've explained it to them.. my step father already has been voicing concerns about all the fat intake, he's definitely in that programmed mental state that says fatty foods are bad.

I don't know how fast a Keto Flu starts showing it's head and it could be unrelated but i have been getting a nasty headache this afternoon.

Anyways. I hope I can stick to it I have a very long road ahead of me even if this works out.. :tongue:
