The best NSV....ever!

Today, I jogged up to our grocery store with my toddler in tow. Ran into another school mum who said we were just talking about you and how well you have done with your weight loss. And then she added....you inspired me to walk into town and back today!

I thought I was going to cry, it was the most amazing feeling to know something I did inspired somebody else to get healthy.

God gives me all the strength I need to get me through this journey and I'm no longer the shy person hiding behind the fat.....because the fat is slowly coming off!

    that's awesome! i don't claim to be an expert at fitness, and as much as I think I work hard, I love to see others' successes on MFP b/c it helps me realize that there are so many other ways I can push myself. seeing stories like this is just one example.

    I love hearing stories like this. Because not only are you doing something great for YOU, but you have just made someone else do something great for themselves. That cycle continues and the world is such a better place :) So awesome.
