Hi! This is my first post ever. (Yayyy!!!) Anyways, I started my journey in November 2011, but seriously started my journey in January 2012. My starting weight was 313lbs, although I know that at one time I was higher, and my current weight is 210lbs! My husband has also been striving to get rid of extra weight. His highest 'recorded' weight was 286lbs and currently he weight 232lbs! Here are a few progress pictures.

Thank you! My biggest tip would be that this is a lifestyle change NOT a diet! I don't know about you, but I cannot live the rest of my life without bacon or brownies. So if I want bacon or brownies, I have them. But I have one (or less) servings. I don't believe in denying yourself certain foods. I'm not saying eat pizza every day, but I'm sure you understand what I'm saying. So basically, portion control and just be smart! You got this!0
