How many calories?

I would love some advice...on what I should do calorie wise. I initially weighed 380 pounds...now 198 pounds (yay me!) I did this by eating 1800 calories and zigzagging. Eating lil processed foods and exercising 4-5 days per week. (predominantly cardio with one weight session per week) I am still 20-40 pounds of my ideal weight (altho when i had a dexa scan they recommended i only lose another 20 pounds...and actually lose about 15 pounds of fat) I have been at this weight for the last 9 months or so. My problem is i am not confident on what I should do at this point. In one part i have people (gym staff for example) who beleive in just 1200 cals and when i say i eat more then that they look at me like i have 3 heads. I did get about 20 pounds lower a year or so ago by eating 1200 cals...but couldnt maintain it...which is why I need to relose it. I do agree with the principles of eating with only a small deficit but as I have PCOS i worry that for me a small deficit wont work for me....as losing weight is a struggle (it did take me 6 years to lose my weight) So I just am interested in some guidance for someone who has been losing weight for 6+ years with 40 pounds to go....whcih direction I should go in now. Currently I have a broken wrist which comes out of a splint next week...once that happens i will be working on building up my workouts to this:
2 x 60 min runs
1 x 30 min session super sets/body weight work
1 x 30 min session free weights
1-2 60 mins body pump classes
1 x 60 min body balance class
I also try and walk during my breaks at work (desk job) and also the above will be my minimum workouts...I will jump on the xtrainer and prolly start to do kick boxing classes too
Currently tho I run once a week for 60 mins. and do 3 x 30 min PT sessions which are lots of lunges, squats, cycling etc.
Also i am 5"9, 198 pounds, BF is 27.6% and 45 pounds
I will open my diary as well...I do eat pretty well msot of the time but certainly have treats at times.
Thanks in advance

Congratulations on your awesome work/progress so far. You look fantastic and are to be commended! I don't have any advice for you as I have about 15 lbs to go and am struggling myself, but I wanted to commend you!0

You are so great!!!! The only piece of advice I could offer would be go see a dietician. I called to get some information and you have to bring your most current blood work and have a lot of clients with PCOS. I'm actually going through the preliminary process for fertility and stuff like that so I haven't made my appointment yet until this month of testing is done, considering she might put me on some medication...but asap after this! That's all I got though..keep it up!!!0
