with my new Polar H7 chest strap!!!!

OMG is it ah-mazing. I can use it with my FT4 watch or the (free) Polar Beats app which...

- Tracks your HR (duh)
- Tracks your run/walk via GPS (super accurate)
- Logs info into an online acct for your to analyze (nerd fun)
- Calculates calories burned (pretty legit estimate bc it factors age/weight)
- Let's you listen to iPhone music while using the app (yay for multitasking)
ETC ETC

So worth $63 on Amazon! And the new electrodes are so much better than the previous fabric ones.

Just wanted to rave about it to people that would understand my excitement, that's all.

    I have a polar h7 and have nothing else to compare it to. But, I think it is wonderful to know my burn for exercises. I honestly had no clue before!
