Wondering if I'm. The only one doing this going on 8 weeks now with a 8-6 hour eating window I've lost 10 pounds so far and seem to have tons of energy and absolutely no hunger pains like I did with p90x eating small meals throught the day... anyone else.?

ive not done it, but I have been thinking about it up. any tips? you said you have an 8 hour eating window, but how do you normally determine when to start/stop0

I do 20/4 and I love it. It's a little after 10pm and I'm sitting on my couch eating a gigantic plate of french toast. I eat from 7pm to 11pm so I get to eat a ton of food every night. I train like a hungry dog then feast like a beast. I'll never go back to 3 meals a day.0

16/8 here, for the better part of 3 years. 4 meals between 1 and 9. Train on a completely empty stomach at 5am! Love IF.0

Yea i always train on an empty stomach ive seen big strength gains since doing this I eat between 2-8pm I also throw a 24 hr in there once a week next month I'm going to a 4 hr eating window if I feel crapy I'll just swap back.0

16/8 here (occasionally 18/6) and loving it. Three meals between 1100 and 1900 or between 1200 and 1800, depending on the type of day I'm having.
I am up early every morning and work out just fine on an empty stomach. I've also become more focused during strength training. Coincidentally or not, I've made more gains in lifting ever since I began IF.

I IF daily, eating most of my cals in a 2-3 hour window.

I recently discovered I was doing it without knowing it. I stop eating about 10pm then workout on an empty stomach in the morning then eat lunch around 1pm. So I'm pretty much doing 15/9 and I love it.0
