hawaiin chicken- yummy and big!

6 oz chicken breast cubed
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 of a med. Onion sliced
1 cup zucinne squash chopped
1 cup carrot chopped
1/3 red bell peper sliced
Shredded ginger to taste
1 cup chopped asparagus
2 cups green cabbage chopped
2 tablespoons soy sause
Drop chicken and pineapple in hot skillet over med. Heat. Cook through. Add soy sause, ginger and garlic simmer 15 minutes more. Add all veggies. Cook to desired tinderness.
This is a huge portion. I served my family over rice and they loved it.
