This is my first ever before and After!!

SW:365
Starting MPF: 335
Height: 5'8"
Current Weight: 311
Goal:180

Thanks for ALL of the support!!

This was about 4 months ago around Thanksgiving! At my highest EVER 365 Pounds!!
