Help to Maintain goal weight............

Hi Everyone,

My name is Gemma I have been a member of MFP for 165 days. When I started I had 38lbs to loose :ohwell: but with the great support of my friends I have lost a total of 34.2lbs so am almost there:flowerforyou: .

I would like some friends who are in a similar situation who could help to support me when I reach my goal. I am apprehensive about upping my daily calories but know this has to be done feelk free to add me as any help would be greatly apreciated.

I am here everyday and have an open diary.

    Can add me if you like. I'm close too what I set as my goal but think I'm happy where I am.

    Feel free to add me, I've been maintaining in the same 10lb range for three years now :smile: My lowest was 124lbs (down from 180lbs originally) however I sometimes go as high as 134lbs then right back down to around 127lbs where I sit comfortably. It is a constant struggle & I'm still trying to find the right method of maintenance for me, however I stopped counting calories well before Christmas as it is like having a part time job, and I'm unwilling to spend my life as a calorie nazi haha. I built a lot of muscle before Christmas and as a result I'm more toned now than two years ago when I weighed the exact same weight.

    If you don't already, lift weights, or get an intense dvd like the 30 day shred, it changed my body.
