Sesame Lemon Broccoli

We're a veggie loving family so I'm always trying to find a way to make our favorites a bit more exciting. Over the weekend I took a head of broccoli and chopped it into smaller "trees"
I then put the trees into a ziplock bag with two teaspoons of pure Sesame Oil (such a yummy nutty flavor) and tossed to coat.
Onto a cookie sheet and baked in a 375 degree over for about 35 minutes. When they came out I sprinkled a bit of sea salt and a squeeze of lemon over the broccoli - SO YUMMY!
The sesame oil helps the broccoli cook to a slightly crunchy texture.
Enjoy!
