Anyone know if the Diet rice "Slim Rice" actually works?

This rice packet from health shops claims to be only 7Kcal but as filling as normal rice.Anyone tried this or know if it works??
The company brand is called Eat Water.

    Seems too good, but worth a try. Have you tried yet and what the taste, but I suppose the taste and calories would come from what sauces you add.

    I've had shiritaki noodles and am happy with them, but not everyone likes them.

    I did try some 'chunks' made from the same stuff, but didn't like them.

    Reckon I would like the rice.
