For the past 6 months I have been having fat free natural yoghurt on my cereal, due to the shop being out this time I have fat free greek yoghurt, is there any difference between them health benefit wise? I like both so was just intrigued at whether one should be preferred over the other?

Greek yoghurt has higher protein levels compared to natural yoghurts.
Natural yoghurt also tends to have more added sugar, especially if they are reduced fat varieties.0 -
I agree with Karen's comments. Greek yogurt also tends to be thicker in texture - and with the extra protein make you feel fuller.0

Greek yogurt would be my personal favorite. I feel fuller when eating it and I've not had one that contains high fructose corn syrup that a lot of the regular yogurts have. It has a higher protein content which helps me ingest the amount I need to build and maintain muscle mass.0

Aside from the words "fat free" conjuring up the phrase "chemical **** storm" for me? Greek yogurt is a bit thicker. To be honest, I never could tell the difference.0
