    That looks like Healthy Life whole wheat bread. If it is it's only 35 calories per slice

    Natures own sugar free wheat is 50 calories per slice. This could be 200.

    but just think, you can do that for under 400 cals for a meal or 500 on 2 slices of that bread... dinner done:happy:

    Im so happy I have learned to get so much more out of my cals - post like that would normally had made me sad, but now it just make me kinda laugh

    I eat the 2 Tbsp of peanut butter for lunch every day along with Sara Lee - 45 Calorie 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Well worth the 280 calories.
