100 BURPEES (aka Squat Thrusts)
Here they are again. They are a great cardio exercise that works out practically every muscle in your body! If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to do an extra 5-10.

Are you feeling *really* inspired today? Try adding a jumping jack in between each one.

I was planning on doing some burpees tonight (only about 20 though!) so ill give this a shot! I find them really hard so Im not too confident that I will do it!0

I'll try. I have lots of trouble with burpees as getting up and down that rapidly makes me dizzy.0

in & done- loll wasnt sure i would/could get all 100 done
but did them with the jack at the end & the jump- sets of 10 with bi curls inbetween0 -
