For those of you who don't enjoy drinking water....

I was getting so bored of drinking only water! I started looking for alternatives with no calories and no artificial anything. At first, a coworker told me about Hint water, but when I looked it up online, I saw that it is ridiculously expensive. So, I kept searching. On Amazon, I found a water infuser ball. It only cost $4. You take different fruits and cut them up. Put them in the ball and leave the ball in a pitcher of water for 30 minutes. I actually keep it in all day. I've tried several different concoctions (lemon orange, kiwi strawberry, and cucumber melon). It is so refreshing and delicious that I don't dread drinking water anymore! Just wanted to share in case anyone else was bored of water. Also, the ball is great because it doesn't leave fruit floaties in the water.

Neat! I'm going to check those out!

I've been doing a lot of lemon/lime in my water lately, but would love to mix it up ...

Great idea! Curious, in case of an apple does a 24-hour soak cause it to spoil?

It says the only fruit not to use is a banana. Haven't actually tried an apple, but it sounds delicious...
  • I have actually just put in frozen fruit in a pitcher of water in the fridge.

My favourite is frozen cherries, but raspberry water is a close second. When I poor a glass and get some fruit it's just a "bonus" as well :)

I like Tea's Tea Lemongrass Green Tea (it is unsweetened).
You can also make your own and natural. First throw some cut up fresh lemongrass into the boiling water as you are about to turn the fire off. Let it sit for a minute or two, than steep green tea. I prefer to chill it and have it as ice tea.

    Seltzer (sometime flavored vanilla seltzer).

    Skim milk.

Unsweetened coco -- I have a milk frother, so I make some hot frothy skim milk, add some unsweetened organic coco and, if I fee like it, a bit of agave syrup. Looks beautiful.

I also have an espresso machine and make skim milk lattes.

That is all that I drink now (except for the times I indulge in an alcoholic drink -- but I got to run off those calories before I do so).
