5'8" and 219 lbs. Just joined yesterday and know I will need some motivation in the future! Still figuring out MyFitnessPal, so would love some new friends to help me on my journey.

I'm 5'9" and I had my daughter three months ago. I got up to 250 while pregnant, but now I'm at 185-190. My goal is 150 (my pre-pregnancy weight). Yes I gained 100 lbs my first pregnancy. So I have about 35-40lbs to lose for my goal weight. I have been having some trouble lately with over indulging in food, but I try to work out every other day on my treadclimber for about 25 min and eat about 1200 calories. I definitely notice a big difference when I do good the whole week, It just takes determination to try and stick with my plan. Feel free to add me :)

Hi! I'm 5' 10". I I started at 260 a year ago. I weighed in at 189 this morning at my doctors office. My goal is 176 as per my doctor. I guess mine is a little higher because I'm older than most of y'all. I would be very happy with 176...heck, I'd be happy at 185. And I'm almost there!!
Friend me if you'd like. I'm on here everyday. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

I am 5'11" - currently 242, not sure yet of my goal weight - probably around 175. I once got down to 145, but I looked skeletal. Always looking for friends - esp tall ones!

I'm 5'11.5 and around 189. I'm working towards 175 but my ultimate goal is just to feel good about the skin I'm in. Good luck to you and add me if you'd like. We hightower girls need to stick together! :flowerforyou:

    Welcome!

I am 5'10.5"...yes, the 0.5 inches means a lot to me, since I always wanted to be at least 5'11'. LOL

Do add me and we can motivate each other.

Welcome fellow tall girl!. I'm 34, live in Ohio, 5'11 and sitting right around 148. I got down to 143 and it didn't look so good, my goal is to keep it at or under 150. Concentrating now on getting back into working out and getting fitter. I've learned a ton that I can apply to the rest of my life!
